Oyibo Michael was born on 20th August ,1964, he hails from Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria, attended Agbarho grammar school and obtained FSLC in 1980. He gained admission into the University of Abuja in 2002 and obtain OND in B.A
Oyibo Michael started his Civil service career in 1990 in the Federal Ministry of Industry as Clerical officer and later posted to the Ministry of Power and he is currently serving in the Federal Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation as Chief Executive officer and the Head of Reform Coordination and service Improvement Department.
He is a dedicated, hardworking officer , had several as a member of several committees and one time Chairman of the committee on collation of all Reforms initiatives in the Ministry.
He has received several performance and recognition awards both within and outside the Ministry.
